Breann Montero

VP, Strategy and Operations

Breann Montero currently serves as HRA's Vice President of Strategy & Operations. She brings to the company over 15 years of experience in the property-casualty insurance industry with a primary focus on medical malpractice.

Prior to joining Healthcare Risk Advisors in 2017, Ms. Montero was a lead contributor to the internal audit function at New Jersey Resources, a publicly traded, Fortune 1000 energy services company, and prior to that, a director in the global insurance services group of the forensic & litigation consulting practice at FTI Consulting, Inc., a global business advisory firm.  However, her career in internal audit and litigation consulting began at Veris Consulting, Inc.

Ms. Montero’s experience includes internal auditing, enterprise risk management, system and organization controls reporting, financial analysis, forensic accounting, and litigation consulting.

Ms. Montero holds Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) degrees from Villanova University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
